Yuri Rasovsky (1944-2012) researched the history of Thanksgiving for a radio documentary.

The Yuri Rasovsky Collection is in the Special Collections department of the the Thousand Oaks Library, Thousand Oaks, CA. This collection includes audiotape and scripts related to the radio and theater productions, correspondence, and publications. It contains materials from his work for National Radio Theater (1972-87), Hollywood Theater of the Ear (1995-2001), and National Public Radio.
