Gordon S. Wood
In this public program, historian Gordon S. Wood discusses whether or not George Santayana was correct when he said that "those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it". Wood is the Alva O. Way University Professor Emeritus at Brown University and is the recipient of many awards including the Bancroft and Pulitzer Prizes and a regular contributor to The New Republic and The New York Review of Books.
