Robert H. Jackson

1936-2024

Robert H. Jackson (elected April 2009), cofounder and senior partner of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz P.L.L. in Cleveland, died on August 15, 2024. A bibliophile and collector of nineteenth- and twentieth-century English and American literature and illustrations, Jackson spoke and wrote extensively on libraries and collectors. He cofounded and chaired the Fellowship of American Bibliophilic Societies, was a trustee of the Western Reserve Historical Society, and served as president of the Contemporary Art Society at the Cleveland Museum of Art. He participated in rare book exhibitions at the Grolier Club, San Francisco de Young Museum, Walker Museum, Whitney Museum, Rowfant Club, Cleveland Museum of Art, and Norman Rockwell Museum.
