Robert Achorn died on October 3, 2015. He was a former editor, publisher, and president of the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. He began his career at the newspaper as a reporter and rose through the ranks over the course of forty-one years. He was also very active in community affairs and served on the boards of many Worcester institutions.
