Europa

This map of Europe includes part of Russia and the Black Sea. It was half of a larger copper plate engraving, with Asia engraved on the other half of the plate. If you look closely the map of Europe has "Lahainaluna" engraved at lower left while the map of Asia has "Na Kepohoni i kakau" engraved at lower right. So we know Kepohoni engraved this map even though his name is not included on the map of Europe.

This map appears as the seventh map in He Mau palapala aina, a me na niele e pili ana, Lahainaluna, 1840, and appears hand-colored as the seventh map in He Mau palapala aina, a me na niele e pili ana, Lahainaluna, 1842.
