The 2014 Semiannual Meeting be held at Historic Deerfield, in the Flynt Center of Early New England Life on Friday afternoon the second of May, at 3 p.m. o’clock
- to hear the report of the president
- to elect councilors and new members
- to transact such other business as may legally come before the meeting.

Friday, May 2
|10-12:30 p.m.||AAS members and guests meet at Visitors Center in Hall Tavern Parking is available. Gather with tour guides in the Orientation Theater.
Greetings and welcome by Philip Zea, President of Historic Deerfield. Divide into small groups for house tours.
|12:30-1:30 p.m.||Luncheon at Deerfield Inn, Old Main Street, across from the Visitors Center|
|2-3:00 p.m.||Visits to Memorial Libraries and Rare Book Room, with AAS member David Bosse, Librarian and Curator of Maps, 6 Memorial Street, corner of
Memorial Street and Routes 5 & 10
|3-4:00 p.m.||The Semiannual Meeting will take place in Bartels Seminar Room at the Flynt Center for Early New England Life Featured speaker is Peter Spang,
AAS member and Founding Curator of Historic Deerfield.
|4:00 p.m.||Depart Historic Deerfield, drive to Baskin House in Leeds, a village in the western portion of the city of Northampton.|
|5-7:00 p.m.||Cocktails and conversation with AAS member and collector, Lisa Baskin in Leeds.|

|10 – 11:30 a.m.||Historic Northampton Museum, tour with Nan Wolverton, AAS Director of CHAViC and interim Director of Historic Northampton Museum, 46 Bridge Street|
