AAS curators collect self-published books and newspapers of all kinds. Much of this material was printed on small hobby presses that could be set up on a table in the parlor or office. This advertising material promotes just such a press. Simon P. Cooper, an inventor and printer, offers his five dollar set-up to businessmen and boys looking to make extra money. He even included a sample card printed on one of his presses.
