plates, colored by hand, probably printed by Barnet &
Doolittle.
Possibly illustrated by Arthur J. Stansbury, who
collaborated with William B. Barnet and Isaac Doolittle
on the production of illustrations for Sir James Edward
Smith's A grammar of botany (New York: James V. Seamen,
