This humorous illustration of a little boy playing with his father's nose is from Leedle Yawcob Strauss, a dialect poem told in the voice of a loving father describing his mischievous son's many antics. AAS holds an important archive of Boston lithographer Louis Prang (1824-1909), and this picture book adds to our understanding of Prang's output for the children's print market.

Adopted by Laura E. Wasowicz in honor of Matthew and Andrew Petrie
